The bottom in Forex is the smallest value for an indicator or price on a certain part of a graph. It’s clearly visible how the price zig-zags on the graph, forming peaks and troughs. For an upward trend to be preserved, rising peaks and troughs should be visible and vice-versa for a downward trend. To be sure that the trend has changed, the bottom should have been tested.
