Corridor

A corridor or channel is a set part of a graph in a trading terminal which indicates the range in which the price of a trading instrument is fluctuating on the Forex market. The lower limit of the channel is the support and the upper is the resistance. The calculation of the corridor takes place taking into account the minimum and maximum prices for the time period in question. The wider the corridor, the more significant the fluctuations. When using the corridor in your trading, you should sell if the price is increasing and buy if it is decreasing.
